Rise with the Forest
Nature doesn’t hurry. Yet everything returns.
Aventora: A Living Landscape
At the northern edge of Brazil’s Atlantic coast lies one of its most vital ecosystems: the last continuous stretch of Atlantic Forest. Fazenda Estrela extends into this rich biome with over 1,200 hectares of native forest and mangroves. It is home to abundant biodiversity—both plant and animal life—from rare birds and coastal mammals to native trees and medicinal flora. It’s not only a place to live, but a living environment itself—one that evolves daily with the light, tide, and time.

Blue Carbon: Nature as Asset
Estrela’s mangroves are currently being assessed for Blue Carbon certification, a scientific method that quantifies carbon captured by coastal vegetation. Unlike traditional offset schemes, this is rooted in biodiversity preservation. Carbon credits generated will be reinvested directly into the regeneration of this forest and its habitats—transforming ecological value into measurable continuity.

Research, Rescue, and Regeneration

Together with CEMAM (Center for Environmental Studies and Monitoring), Aventora supports long-term projects across marine, coastal, and terrestrial ecosystems. Initiatives like Parceiros do Mar (coastal education), MonitoraMar (wildlife monitoring), and rescue programs for turtles and dolphins all emerge from a unified vision: to let nature thrive, while inviting people to participate in its protection.

A Quiet Kind of Strength
Aventora isn’t built to impress – it’s built to last. Here, luxury means living in sync with your surroundings. The forest doesn’t serve as scenery. It’s the pulse that guides everything from architecture to daily rhythm.
Nature’s regeneration is a quiet song of hope, where every reborn leaf whispers the promise of tomorrow.
